Five stars for Coral International Cape Town
The Coral International Hotel, which opened in Cape Town a few weeks ago, has earned a five-star grading from the Tourism Grading Council of SA.
Hotel GM Jacqui Booyzen says the Dubai headquartered hotel group has ambitious plans to expand into Africa and Asia over the next 24 months.
"Securing a five-star rating with our first South African hotel is extremely encouraging," she says.
"Not only does it confirm that our property is world class, but it reinforces that we run a best-in-class premium hotel," she says.
Booyzen, a South African hotelier who spent seven years in the Middle East, says that this accolade is testament to the passion that her team has put into offering a superior service.
Since the launch six weeks ago the hotel has attracted guests who have travelled extensively and who are used to experiencing world-class service.
"We have taken the best that Arabian hospitality has to offer," says Booyzen. "This goes beyond building a unique hospitality experience and extends to working with our locally sourced team to deliver an exceptional customer service that goes beyond that offered by our peers."
A member of HMH (Hospitality Management Holdings), Coral Hotels & Resorts is headquartered in Dubai and has spread to key destinations in the Middle East and North, South and East Africa.
